iPhone 4 won't download films??

It gets to the processing stage at the end of the download then fails saying "could not be downloaded at this time" The film stays in my download queue with rhe option to retry but it never works. I've downloaded films on my phone so many times in the past with no issues so it's a fairly new problem that has occurred on 2 occasions. I am all update with iTunes, IOS etc & the memory on my phone is fine. I can download apps & songs fine & the wifi connection is the same as its always been, so I'm at a complete loss. I emailed the support team & they refunded the purchases, told me there was nothing wrong with my account & said it must be a technical issue & directed me to this message board :) any help would be much appreciated.
