I am unable to use my wireless on my iPad & iPhone as I cloud has a different apple ID than apple has for my computer. How do I change the one on my iPad & phone to the one on my computer?

You change the ID in Settings>Store>Apple ID in order to purchase iTunes content. Are you saying that you iCloud email address is wrong?
the id in settings/store is the correct one. the icloud id is an address at me.com and i am assuming that is why i can not access my wifi?
Having the wrong email address in your iCloud account has nothing to do with connecting to a WiFi network. Is that what you are saying...that the iPad can no longer connect to the Internet?

i can connect to internet-via wireless- on my mac which has the correct ID but am unable to connect to wireless on my ipad and iphone which have a different id- can use cellular service only
No .... The ID has nothing to do with you not being able to connect to the Internet with your WiFi network. You could delete the iCloud account from the iPad and that wouldn't matter with regard to connecting to the Internet.
Have you tried rebooting your router at home? Unplug it from power for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again. See if the iPad will connect then.
rebooting didn't help. i don't understand why the wireless works for my computer but not my ipad or iphone--any more suggestions?
Look through both of these web sites. For some reasons, iDevices can be a little fussier bout WiGi connections than computers. There could be a number of issues going on. Take a look at the troubleshooting steps and see if any of them help.
