Yet Another Discussion About RAM [Haha]

Good afternoon guys. I was wondering how I can determine whether a certain brand of RAM is compatible with the Macbook Pro.

I am thinking of buying the "Samsung M471B5273CH0-CH9-06 4gb 204 Pin Ddr3 Pc3 10600-1333mhz Sodimm"

a mid 2012 model takes the following type of ram: 204-pin PC3-12800 (1600 MHz) DDR3 SO-DIMM. Any brand with these specs will work, but of course like anything, some brands are better than others. The above ram you listed is incorrect for your model.
