I just downloaded OS X Mountain lion and after that just appear installing status

I just downloaded OS X Mountain lion and after that just appear installing status without never completed. I had waiting 1 day but the status just installing. Any body can help me ?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)
