Where to buy Keynote for OSX 10.6.8

Does anyone know where I can buy a version of Keynote that works in Snow Leopard? The one in Mac App Store requires Lion.

Thanks.

Unfortunately, there is not a good solution. I just spoke with Apple support, and they have no way of getting you Keynote for OS X 10.6. They want you to upgrade to Mountain Lion (which is not an option for me, because my computer is too old -- it would run really slowly), and Lion is not available anymore, which screws people like us over. The only thing they could offer was to buy an old (hardcopy) version off of Amazon... not satisfying, but maybe the only option unless you can get Mountain Lion or want to buy a new computer.

It's outrageous how difficult they make it for people with older systems.

Yes, it is really a shame. Everything shall be so simple with Apple. It isn't anymore. On my MacBook Pro Lion or Mountina Lion don't run even if I would want to. So I can't load Keynote ALTHOUGH it runs on 10.6.8 that is ridiculous for a hightech enterprise as Apple.

I have this problem too and also with some other app's. I don't consider to move to OSX 10.7 or ortherwise I can buy new equipment. I bougt Pages,(read Keynote), for 10.6 and it should be possible to install it again from my account to the same MAC if there went somthing wrong. Make this service workable! Why should I buy app's from the appstore otherwise? Will it get better?

Hello.

This is an old thread but some folks may still be looking for an answer (like me). I found that there are still boxed copies of iWork '09 that have the older system requirements (non-lion types) available from Amazon and other vendors. The price wasn't bad either. I just ordered a copy of the suite to set up a nonated 1st Gen MacBook at my improv theatre.

Hope this information isn't too late to help some folk.
