MZcommerce.creditbalace mismatch_message error

I purchased an app with a gift card. The downloaded and installed fine, but now I get an MZcommerce.creditbalace mismatch_message error whenever I try to install any new apps - including free ones. Anyone have a solution to this problem?

I deleted the app that I had originally purchased then installed the other apps I was trying to get onto my Ipad which installed fine. I then went back and re-installed the app I had purchased with the gifcard and it seemed to clear-up the error. Everything seems to be working fine now. Not sure if removing the application and re-installing it helped to clear it up, but it wouldn't hurt to try if you haven't already. Good Luck!

I tried your suggestion, but it in vain. Apple has a problem, I guess. The corrupt code fiasco few days ago and now this. Apple, what's going on? Very un-apple-like, this is.

FYI: I used a gift card to download the first app and now, it is not allowing anything...

Update: Signing out and then signing back in worked for me. I did this exercise in my iPad's App Store. Did the purchases there as well
