iCal calendar subscriptions not syncing to iCloud

I've followed all the steps Apple lists for ensuring that my Supscription calendars will sync with iCloud -- and they're not. I can't see them on my iPhone, nor through the web app, only on my desktop app. I've set all their locations to be stored on iCloud, and refreshed all my calendars.

What am I missing here?
