Aug 3, 2012 1:30 PM in response to Nateckby Roberto113,Just another thread with people having this problem. This seems to have more views and reply so I suggest we all post there. If we get to a critical mass, I imagine Apple will notice.

Aug 3, 2012 1:48 PM in response to zeffrafaelby walkingfree,It seems that this is happening to a great number of the apple ipad users. If we are posting here, there are many more out there not posting that are struggling with this issue as well.
Is it a Cloud retrieval issue or the servers for the App Store I wonder. It is not on the user's end it seems and I hope Apple finds a fix quickly. It is very disturbing.

Aug 3, 2012 3:46 PM in response to zeffrafaelby kvdbelgium,Shouldn't we get the news out OUTSIDE this forum ? I cannot understand that Apple does not seem to care ? are they not monitoring there own fora ? If this is th way they deal with this, than this will be my first but also my last Apple product.
Let's spread some news on other communities (ZDnet, CNet and the like), perhaps than they'll understand.

Aug 3, 2012 3:59 PM in response to Kilgore-Troutby 3667,The "cannot connect to the iTunes store" is an iTunes issue and no one should pay for help with that! They suggested that to me and I insisted on speaking to someone above level one support...the next level support admitted being aware of the issue. They may have corrected the "cannot connect" issue as I haven't experienced it for the last two days. The "invisible purchased apps" is still happening.

Aug 3, 2012 4:47 PM in response to kvdbelgiumby zeffrafael,Let's not be so rash here, Apple makes quality products, and they've already admitted they're working on it already. Now we must simply wait. And let's be honest, how many of us ACTIVELY go through our past purchases? Yes, it is a nuisance, but it certainly doesn't hinder our iPads in any major way.

Aug 4, 2012 3:20 AM in response to zeffrafaelby Nubiru,Same problem here. Purchased apps got invisible 4 days ago. Seems that this issue does not affect all accounts, but surely lot of them.
Maybe Apple is experimenting with a new super retinized technology which renders the apps invisible to our eyes

Aug 4, 2012 9:29 AM in response to zeffrafaelby Nubiru,Not only purchased apps, also hidden apps are invisible!
If someone wants to download a purchased app can use the search button to find it. The apps are not lost, they are just invisible!

Aug 4, 2012 9:43 AM in response to Nubiruby 3667,For some odd reason a few of my apps that I had uninstalled but not all show up under the "not on this iPad" tab.

Aug 4, 2012 10:44 AM in response to zeffrafaelby Point bank,As of Aug.1 night same problem. When signing in/out sometimes get error message, sometimes cannot connect to ITunes store. Unfortunately I thought it was just my iPad and restored to factory settings losing all my data and that didn't work. After reading threads I called support twice and they weren't aware of the problem. I'm hoping they remedy this problem ASAP but I've never had a problem with Apple before.

Aug 4, 2012 3:54 PM in response to zeffrafaelby John Lange1,The most annoying part is that Apple isn't even admitting there is a problem. So we dont' even know if they are working on fixing it.
