Q: Purchased apps in New iPad Appstore are invisible!

Basically my iPad doesnt show my purchases. I've tried powering it down, soft rebooting, signing in and out of my Apple ID hasn't fixed it. On both iTunes and my iPhone 4S my purchases are visible and clickable. On my iPad the purchases are invisble, and if I tap on a certain area in the grey, it opens up to whatever app I happened to have selected.

Any ideas?
