I just installed this* update but my Numbers app on mac doesnt implement the icloud features. Pages and Keynote or working nice in sync with my iDevices but numbers 2.2 on mac doesnt have the icloud menu. any idea?

I had the same problem, it was driving me nuts!
VERY easy solution - go into Settings / iCloud and make sure you have Documents & Data checked off.
As soon as I did this the iCloud options appeared in Numbers.

When i checked off the Documents & Data on iCloud settings on mac, both Pages and Keynote also lost they icloud window at startup. and when checking that on again, the two have iCloud window again when starting the app.
But nothing changes Numbers. NO iCloud window when starting the app.
This really annoys me.
BTW, Numbers version shown in about page is :
2.2 (516)
The only other thing I did was to completely delete ALL iWork apps from the Applications folder (Numbers, Pages, Keynote), restarted the computer, and then reinstalled Numbers fresh from the App store.
