dual monitors thunderbolt and Mac Mini

I recently bought 2 Thunderbolts 27" originally for my Mac Pro to only find out that mini display and Thunderbolt are not compatible. Later I spoke with tech support and they advises me that Mac Mini can operate 2 Thunderbolts in a daisy chain .... its not working can someone help>
