Profile Manager error "A Server Error has Occurred" and cannot reinstall System from Recovery partition.

Hi, we take an mac mini server in my company under Active Drirectory Domain, I have two questions / problems:

1.- On trying enroll a new device to the Profile Manager, i try to download the trust Certificate, new enroll and the "settings for everyone" on a new device, but i get some errors on my devices to install that. On a macbook pro with 10.7.4 the "New enrollment profile" never install, i see the tasks on the server with "Sending" status ever, in a minutes i read "A Server Error has Occurred" window.

2.- When a try to reinstall the Mac OS Lion Server on the Recovery partition (factory default) i take a new one error message: "This copy of the install mac os x lion application is damaged and can't be used to install mac os x lion server"

please anyone can help me?

Thanks!
