cannot write on webdav mounted share

On Mountain Lion I cannot use the webdav mounted share like a read/write disk. If I copy a file into it I get the error -36 while if I edit and save a file the editor give me the file not found error. And finally on renaming files I got the -43 error.

The webdav server is not on my administration but on network and should be a linux server. The same shares on the same server was working ok on OSX 10.7 (Lion) .


The logs say:
