Q: So when I went to unhide my video thd button was light gray and therefore would not let me unhide it!!!??? Y is it doing this! Help!

Why won't it let me unhide my purchase? It wouldn't download before I hid it either! My computer is broken as well so I can't use

The computer to redowoad it. Please help
