Logitech MX1000 'midnight' mouse

I want to buy a Logitech MX1000 laser wireless mouse.
I found that there is also a so-called 'midnight' black model, with a different price.
By most resellers it is about 10 $ or € cheaper in comparison to the gray and blue model, but by some others it is more expensive.
I've been searching the internet two hours, but I still cannot realize if this 'midnight' mouse only has a different color or also different features.
Can anybody explain the mistery?
Thanks.

There is only one color MX1000 according to the Logitech website.

If they are both listed as MX1000s, then there would be no difference other than the color, but logitch usually assigns a suffix to their products to indicate color. They have speakers - the Z-4s that come in black - and then there are the white versions of the same speakers called the Z-4i.

Can you show me a link to a retailer that has both models?

The following italian retailer offers 'midnight' at a lower price:
http://www.eprice.it/default.aspx?search=MX1000&cat1=
While the following french one sells it at a higher price:
(please type MX1000 in the search box)
http://www.multe-pass.com
Other retailers sell both at the same price, such as
http://www.cdiscount.com/ (type Logitech MX)
You can find more links by typing 931175 931272 in the Google search box.
Related pictures look much alike, although they seem to have a different grip,
smooth or rough.
