The iTunes library file cannot be saved. An unknown error occurred (-50)

I just upgraded to iTunes 10.6.3.25. I am now getting the following error message: "The iTunes library file cannot be saved. An unknown error occurred (-50)"

I have uninstalled/reinstalled iTunes several times (rebooting before reinstallation). I also tried deleting all the iTunes Library files. Finally I followed the directions at this link: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1539 with no success.

Nothing will save to the library file. Any changes to playlists or music downloaded will not show up the next time iTunes is opened. This makes iTunes unusable for anything other than listening to music.

I am using Win 7 32.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, peter

I discovered my problem. My computer is on a network. Our personal files are stored on the server and on my desktop. I was over my user disk quota for my offline files on my desktop. Once I bumped up the quota everything started working again. Hope this information helps someone else!
