Numbers eats 70% CPU when mouse hovers over document

Oops -- it may well be that the view of those options is only present for those with a certain number of "reputation points". I don't pay much attention to the perks, so I may have missed that distinction, if in fact it exists.

I think it showed up when I got Level 2. I am not sure you were ever down that low.

I can't see it either but I'm only a level-one. What happens if a comment is reported?

Don't really need it now that Jackrussell Dog is gone now and probably admitted defeat and taken back all his sorry comments. But useful to know.

Btw, anyone has this issue in Safari of late?

I am not in the habit of reporting posts, but I think it gets a moderator to check the post and, if the report is considered valid, make an adjustment. They seem pretty responsive to reports about posts in the wrong forum (at least to moving iWork iOS questions to the correct area).

Nothing seemed to have happened here so is there a moderator around?? How do we know that - are they perhaps like.. Level 4 or 6 (dots) etc?

as I said I had macs but limited at lest I not in a walled garden and have freedom with Linux. I not going to even wast my time coming on here anymore.

You had Macs, well, I had PCs and still have!! You should really try to know Mac OS in a more advanced manner and with a more open mind and mature head. Instead of feeding yourself with whoever's opinion on the Web about things. Not saying that they aren't true (eg, most PCs are cheaper and more powerful yes) but the selling point of Macs is not so much the hardware but the OS itself and the whole Apple ecosystem. I am surprised you don't see this simple fact!

You are right. It is only a westing my time with things, which are not the very importantn in my life. Apple also have to take their responsibility and make better products, AND fast reaction on negative responses. This stupid Number heater is more then 3 months old.

I don't know what Apple thinks but I am sure when they are going on with this problem in the next month, it will be my laqst Mac.

There isn't any changes... The performance of processor is around 85% when the mouse hovers over cells. I think you looked user % what is different from processor %...

So, the phenomeon is still cause problem. I used a retina MBP, it is very irritating when your mac would like takes off from the table with fans because the mouse is standing over the cells while the battery time decrease sharply.

I don't see any change. Same story - it runs the fans on highes level. Do you have changed something or not?😮
