please i do need help as my iphone 4s is locked in egyptian network and no one told my when i bought it

so now i'm a way from egypt and i need to use it cause it is only working with the number in egypt and sim

so now i want help considering that i'm in kuwait

Only the carrier an iPhone was sold as carrier locked with can officially unlock the iPhone to use with any carrier's SIM card, or send the unlock request to Apple on the owner's behalf. The unlocking is done with a restore with iTunes.

You need to contact the carrier the iPhone was sold as carrier locked with.

Unfortunately, it appears that no carriers in Egypt offer unlocking (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1937). All you can do is either try to get your money back or sell it to someone in Egypt that can use it and buy a new one.

As Allan said, you can't request Apple to unlock you phone. Only the Egyptian carrier it's now locked to can do this. You'll have to ask them, and since you were a customer, you know how to get in touch with them far better than anyone here.
