My iPhone won't start - Help

When I tried to sync my iPhone t iTunes in my computer (Windows XP), it said something like: iPhone can not sync, the required disk can not be found.

So, I unplug my phone, then the phone turned off, have tried to restart the phone (push and hold the sleep and home button). But it can not be turn on again! Only appear the apple logo on my screen. Please Help 😕
