Q: Is there anyway that i can check my iphone4 RAM?

My iPhone4 is lagging alot and i'm wondering if there is any way to check it's RAM(Not storage memory). Your opinion please?

    If it's lagging a lot, open up the task manager and close out all of the apps that are running.

     

    Double tap home button

     

    Tap and hold on one of the Apps along the bottom

     

    Tap all of the symbols on the apps to close them

     

    Hard reset iPhone ( Hold home + power )

    Not necessary.  Very few, if any, apps showing on the recently opened bar are running or consuming any resources.  See this:

    Hard reset iPhone ( Hold home + power )

    There is no such thing as "hard" or "soft" reset in iPhone terminology.  Those terms are archaic 1980s PC jargon that have no meaning in iOS technology.  See the User Guide, Appendix B.

    There are several iOS utility apps in the App Store that show RAM (runtime memory) and other system usage.  "System Activity Monitor" is one.
