Every time I try to purchase a movie or tv show the message mzcommerce credit balance mismatch.mobile message appears. What does that mean? I have money in my account.

Every time I try to purchase a movie or tv show the message mzcommerce credit balance mismatch.mobile message appears. What does that mean? I have money in my account.

I think quite a lot of people are having the same problem, must be something on Apple's end
Go to Settings > Store of your mobile device click on your email address click sign out and sign back in using your existing Apple ID. This just refreshes the billing and password information
