Problems with permissions on mac client by network users

Hi,

I have Apples Open directory server binded to Windows Active directory server. I have in AD server set the home folders.

When I log from Apples client system all is OK and when I start some programs (allmost FCP X) then I can't access to disk.

I found that the promlems are in permissions. I can save, copy, delete and read data from my home shared folder, but on other disk conected to system I have only read access.

Can any body help me, where and how can I change the permissions centralized from server that all my clients can have access to all disk, like a local users?
