Enabling mailman on ML server?

I have a very old machine (it can't go beyond 10.4, that's how old), one of whose uses is to host a mailing list. The interface for the service was built into the Tiger admin application, but it's not accessible (if it exists) in Mountain Lion server.

How do I enable mailman (or a similar service)?

I've tried serveradmin, but "sudo serveradmin settings mail" turns up nothing relevant when searching for "man" or "list."

My web searches turned up nothing useful, except that there can be a mailman key in MailServicesOther.plist. (What would the value be? A dict with enabled -> <true/>?) I don't know how to put that into effect (restart the Mail service?), and once it's in effect, I don't know how I'd administer it.

I'll keep this short by not complaining how badly supported MLS seems to be.

Alas, Mailman is gone. Here's one guide for installing it yourself:
