Q: I upgraded my iPhone 4s to a 32 gigabyte and now many of the previously purchase apps did not transfer over, and wants to recharge my iTunes account to download them?

Many apps did not transfer over when I upgraded my iphone4s- now iTunes wants to charge me again for these apps. They are showing up in my iTunes account ,

but not on my phone, and it wants to charge me again when I try to install.

Any suggestions?

I upgraded 4s from 16 gig to 32 gig

Your apps and music should be on your computer. Just sync them to the new iphone.

If for some reason you failed to transfer purchases to your computer and back them up, then you can redownload some itunes purchases in some countries:

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
