Q: How do I change my Apple ID on iCloud on iTouch?

Does anyone know how to access the greyed-out Applie ID box for iCloud?  I changed my email provider and therefore my email address.  New Apple ID is all set up, new password, but can't get iCloud updated so it isn't working.
