Q: hi. my iphone 4, facetime ON and imessage ON but i cant make a call and send message by imessage

hello.i have an iphone 4

imei: 01 235900 168538 0

serial number : 85101J0JKA4S.

this is an lock iphone and i bought a code to world iphone. i cant make a call by facetime and send a mesage by imessage. i turned on facetime and imessage and it activated.
