Title without me fixing it:
Powerbook G4 1.33 Keyboard 666666 key dosen't work and some keys cause repeating 6es
Ofcourse now, It mostly behaves because I wan't to demeonstrate the issue.

Sounds to me like a problem with the keyboard. Easy fix for the 15" and 17' models. Not so easy for the 12" but can be replaced. Your best to order the part from an Apple service agent. If you are feeling confident you can try and fix it your self using the iFixit guides online.

Would I have to replace the Keyboard regardless?
With any keyboard, you going to struggle to fix a single key. By all means a single key cap can be replaced, but that's about it.
As the fault is down to the keyboard, it a lot easier just to simply replace the keyboard.
