I just bought a used ipod and am trying to download music onto it from itunes. The ipod/devices option does not show up in itunes when the ipod is connected. Also, when I tried to download my music it said that the ipod was already associated with another apple id and could not be used for 69 days. Please help!!

Happened to me just this evening when a visiting neighbor kid logged out of my iTunes and into his and now despite his disassociating my device with his Apple ID, I still can update, download, etc. any of my itunes stuff now on my iPad 2. I am EXTREMELY UPSET over this and find this is absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. So much for keeping folks honest and making them listen to their own music when over at friends' houses. I am likely finished with iTunes and I have spent thousands of dollars with Apple just in iTunes alone. I will be likely switching to Amazon from here on. This is BEYOND ridiculous.
