So I have an idea for an apple product and I'm 19 years old so i don't make much money but I have this idea that i would like to run by apple and see what i could do to partner up with them on this item if they approved it. How would i go about it?

From the Walter Isaacson bio of Steve Jobs, I learned that Apple does not use unsolicited third-party ideas. If they need something and come to you, that's different.
If you still want to try, go for it. Many great inventors have been told "no " and managed to win over the naysayers!
Anything of that nature should be sent certified mail to the Apple Headquarters, From teh "contact us" link on the Apple home page:

www.apple.com/feedback is where you should post your ideas. However that probably isn't what you want, in that case I'd recommend wrting the Presidents office with a brief description.
This forum probably is a technical forum so you may have to bird dog this quite a bit more to get to the correct person.

-An accessory that will make it more fun to take photos, make videos and It will also improve the interaction people-phone.
-A device that can recharge the Iphone anywhere.
