I've searched the Apps forum up to page 4 and did not find anything about iCal. I've also searched the Internet & was unable to find the answer. I'm not a Mac user. It seems to be pre-installed on the Mac. What are "quick alerts"? How do I set "Customize Quick Alerts" & "Customize Snooze"? I've chosen a time then the hr/min/sec wheel pops up. But, when when I back out & go back in it's not set. Any advice?
