I just bought a new MacBook pro and I don't wanna restore using the time machine. Can I select pictures from the original folder in iphoto from the last time machine backup and drop them to the iPhoto in the new MacBook pro?
How I can copy the pictures from time machine backup (external drive) to my new laptop?
Why do you not want your previous iPhoto library?
Obviously you can restore the library, drag it to the desktop, right click in it and show package contents and drag the originals (or masters) depending on the version to iPhoto to import them
I have not problems with my pictures what I trying to avoid is the restore the iTunes music and others programs that I had in my old laptop...
So launch TM and select the iPhoto library you want and click restore
Ok thank you!!!
