Q: why cant i buy music from a different country( Canadian Store)

You can only buy content from your own country's store - if the music that you want isn't in your country's store then it's because the record company haven't granted Apple a license to sell it there. Is it available on other music purchase download sites that you have access to ?

You can try requesting that it be added to your country's store, but ultimately it's the record company's decision : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html
