Why doesnt my ipod automatically connect to wifi at my own house? I have to log in every single time I come home. :/

I have an HP desktop thats hooked up to a Verizon modem, and a linksys wiki router, and ever since i came home from colorado a couple weeks ago, it wont remember my wifi router i guess and i have to log in every time i come home instead of it being automatic. I no its not the ipod, but any ideas on what to do? Im not very tech savvy so please make it easy haha 🙂

Thank you!!

- Reset the iPod . Nothing is lost

Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Power off and then back on your router

- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections

- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
