Complete My Season - SD and HD mix

I've purchased a few SD episodes of a kids cartoon TV Show (also available in HD).

I was suprised to see that it is offering Complete My Season on the HD series or the SD series discounted by the cost of the SD episodes to date.

I am unclear with TV Shows in the Cloud etc, if I Complete My Season using the HD option, whether or not this will allow me to download again the episodes originally purchased in SD as HD from Purchases Quick Link - I suspect it will but won't know without purchasing.

This article isn't really clear apart from saying that you can't upgrade a FULLY downloaded show from SD to HD (a real shame I think).
