Problem with Notes through iCloud

When I connected my iPhone 4S with iCloud, all my datas were stored in the cloud and copied to my Mountain Lion Mac, but deleted the notes(from "the yellow notepad"-app from my iPhone! How can I get them back to my iPhone? I have tried resetting iCloud on both devices, without any luck.

New notes are synced, but the ones written before the removal on my phone won't get back from my Mac to my iPhone.

Do you have any solution to fix this issue?
