Q: my iPhone 4s shows an update available but when I try to from phone it says 5.0.1 is up to date any ideas?

my iPhone shows an update available but when I go into to check in phone it says it is up to date with 5.0.1 and is showing a software update is available any ideas?

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.0.1
