Aug 7, 2012 8:33 PM in response to SpectreOne3by Chris Wooster2,I'm having similar and new problems with a Mid-2011 Macbook Air under Mountain Lion. Same network as before the upgrade, now machine cannot maintain consistent connection to 5Ghz or 2Ghz wifi signals. After a period of inactivity (several hours), Airport status just continually hunts for connection but never reconnects. Have double-checked and troubleshot all the usual suspects, but given that nothing in my rig changed except the OS update, I suspect it as the culprit.
Longtime Mac power user, so this seems like a bug (submitted) based on the consistency of the drops on the connection.
