Try deleting the cache.db ...
Quit Safari then open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type this exactly as you see it here:
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Relaunch Safari to test.
They deliberately hid the User's Libray folder, where that lives, so you can't find the contents in Spotlight.
Pull down the Go menu from the Finder menu and hold down the Option key.
Voila'! The Libray magically appears in the pull down menu.
Scroll down to highlight it, then release the option key.
Now you can look inside.
Deleting the cache.db file worked for me. Thanks!
Found the cache.db file.
Deleted.
Emptied Trash.
Opened Safari.
No Change in Safari rendering problems.
Yeah, it didn't work for me overall; I'm assuming it was just a temporary solution.
Disabling Automatic Graphics Switching in the Energy Saver System Preferences panel worked for me: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4160728?answerId=20172272022#20172272022
Hopefully Apple will release a more suitable fix at some point.
