ipod shuffle 4g is shut down automaticaly while i'm listining music, even fully charged and doesn't switch on until charged again for few sec

The first thing you should do is make sure the headphones are plugged all the way in, meaning the white part of the headset is flush with the body of the Shuffle and no silver from the plug can still be seen.
It wouldn't hurt to also reset the Shuffle.
