Does anyone know how to use the new features for China in Mountain Lion. For example, the improved text input? the dynamic word list? the Definition dictionary? The lookup function for simplified Chinese? The description of these new features is so criptic they are hard to figure out. Is there any manuel for these new features?

For the new Dictionary, go the Dictionary.app/Preferences and check the box for it.

Apple doesn't publish manuals for such things, but there may be infomation in the IM Help item you can select toward the bottom of the "flag" menu when a Chinese IM is active.
