I just downloaded Mountain Lion. After opening Safari I realized my Google search bar is gone. When I go to View/Customize Toolbar it shows me the option to add google however when I drag and drop nothing happens. Help!...please 🙂

The address bar and search bar have been combined in Safari 6.
Just enable Google as your search engine Safari prerences / General tab and enter you search in the address bar of Safari.
I loathe the combined search bar - Apple: I hope you're aware of the negative press this has caused around the web and are working diligently to amend this ridiculous update. Bad dog. Very bad dog.

I had something similar happen to me, I updated and when I came back to Safari, my search engine was gone. I would like to get it back. I've tryed under preferences and it has yet to return. If someone could help me with this, I would be greatful.
Where is my google bar????
