Account Diasbled - no solutions via Email or Questions
Am really hoping someone can help with this issue that is starting to get quite urgent for us.
My wife when attempting to update an app received a message her account had been Diasbled.
She went to iforgot and asked for email verification to reset it.
No email has arrived, however we realize that is probably because her rescue Email address is a defunct work one.
We have since tried the security questions bu we can't seem to get the answers right& eventually get locked out for 8 hours.
We have also submitted the problem via iTunes support online and haven't had any response.
Any solutions people can offer would be much appreciated as my wife is currently unable to access any services that require her apple id.
