purchased list
Not seeing my iBooks "purchased" list. Is this a setting problem

There have been problems with the Purchased tab in the App Store being blank, which a number of people have been posting about over the last few days (it affected me as well) - it may also have affected the list in iBooks, but both my App Store and ibookstore purchased lists are now showing.
