Q: iphone 3g 4.2.1

I have an iphone 3g 4.2.1 baseband 05.15.4 and ...I bought from a friend .I stay in South Africa and I would like to use it.It locked..I use vodacom and they cannot unlock it...Is there anywhere I can get an unlock ipsw...not the crazy one.Thank you in adavnce for your help
