how to recover deleted chrome history

Does any one know how to recover deleted browing history in Google Chrome?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

There are reports of 2012 machine problems with Chrome that suggest it is Chrome that is at fault. Try reinstalling it or check out reports on the Chrome forums.

If you have a backup, try restoring:

~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Default/History
