Compatibility with Mountain Lion?

When I upgraded to Lion my printer (Konica Minolta 2430DL) and scanner (Canon 8400F) would not work. Thanks to Konica Minolta and to several contributors to this Apple Community they do now work. My question is: will they continue to work if I go to Mountain Lion? I don't want to go through all
