When I push the two end buttons for ten seconds, the apple logo appears Nd the iPod seems to reset but ok to disconnect comes bak. Help

Is the iPod still connected to your PC when you reset it?

If you mean in the screan appear check mark and ok to disconnect.

You can use this way if you have all your music library in your labtop.

1- connect your ipod to your labtop

2- Restor your Ipod, Then everything in your ipod will be delete.

3- Synce

Done

I tried it and it helped me, and I hope that will help you.
