Q: Photo Stream Delay Issues

You must be on WiFi for Photostream to work. When devices are all on the same wifi network is when the photos will be "pushed" to the other devices;

Photos aren't uploaded until you are connected to wi-fi, the camera app is closed, and your device has at least 20% battery charge remaining.

Ah. Thanks.. I was @ 10% - I wonder how the new battery mode will affect this.
