Elimination Duplicates in Common (Aperture/IPhoto) Library

I have combined my Aperture and IPhoto libraries into a shared library. Despite my best efforts, I have ended up with many photos that are duplicates because they were in both libraries (but not recognized as duplicates when importing IPhoto into Aperture)

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to most efficiently remove the duplicates other than manually eliminate them one by one?
