ive created a checklist in a pdf document but it doesnt show the checklists on my ipad? any suggestions?

You can use CloudOn for PDF documents. These files can be opened in CloudOn and you have access to the full features of the Adobe Acrobat Reader, including the ability to fill out PDF forms;
